NovaWave Showcases Its Latest GaN Innovations at PCIM Europe 2026

The NovaWave team recently participated in PCIM Europe 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany, Europe’s leading exhibition and conference for power electronics. Bringing together key players from across the global power electronics ecosystem -including foundries, device manufacturers, packaging and back-end suppliers, power converter companies, researchers, and system integrators -PCIM provides a unique platform for innovation, collaboration, and technological exchange.

For NovaWave, the event represented an excellent opportunity to showcase our latest technological advancements on a global stage. Throughout the conference, we highlighted our innovative solutions in both optimized gate-driving technologies for E-GaN power devices and D-mode gallium nitride power semiconductors, demonstrating our commitment to advancing the performance, reliability, and accessibility of next-generation power electronics.

As part of the conference program, NovaWave delivered two technical presentations. Dr. Besirli presented “Gate Driver Innovation to Enhance the Reliability, Efficiency, and Compatibility of GaN Power Devices,” while Dr. Nela presented “D-Mode GaN-on-Sapphire as a High-Performance and Cost-Effective Platform.” Together, the presentations highlighted the significant technological progress achieved by NovaWave over the past year and generated strong interest among industry professionals, researchers, and potential partners.

At our exhibition booth, visitors had the opportunity to explore NovaWave’s latest demonstration boards, product portfolio, and technology roadmap. Over the course of the three-day event, our team engaged with numerous customers, suppliers, and industry partners from across the power electronics value chain, establishing promising new relationships and gaining valuable insights into emerging market trends and application requirements.

PCIM Europe 2026 proved to be a highly successful event for NovaWave, reinforcing our position as an innovator in GaN power electronics and creating new opportunities for future collaboration and growth. We are excited to build on the momentum generated at this year’s conference and look forward to returning to PCIM Europe 2027 with new products, expanded capabilities, and even more innovative solutions for the power electronics industry.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth, attended our presentations, and shared their insights throughout the event. We look forward to continuing these discussions and exploring new opportunities for collaboration in the months ahead.
